Abstract
The article shows the analysis of the condition of Russian leasing market in precritical period. The structure of the leasing market is considered. The article contains described regional features of the Russian leasing market formation. The special attention is given for displaying financial crisis in leasing business. Examples from experience of the developed countries having experience of overcoming of consequences of financial crises in leasing sphere are resulted. Government program working out on leasing support is offered.
